 The Hudson Renewable Energy Institute ( is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation established to encourage development and application of renewable energy through the open market and educating consumers on smart energy choices.   


We provide an unbiased source of energy market information creating a smarter consumer. Our members come from all walks of life, in various sectors of industry, government and business that are interested in being energy smart.



We encourage development of the renewable energy marketplace to include:

- consumers seeking to purchase renewable energy

- information on the usefulness of renewables

- small companies utilizing new energy sources, and

- large corporations capitalizing on the market value
  of renewables
